Garlic Softneck Inchelium Red
Garlic Softneck Inchelium Red
Inchelium Red is a national taste-test winner in the softneck division, making a beautiful braiding garlic.
Its flavor is mild, bulbs are large, and is perfect for baking and puréed into mashed potatoes! Mmmmmmm!
Inchelium Red was found growing at an old homesite on Colville tribal lands in Washington State. It also happens to be a favorite of Martha Stewart! You’ll see shades of white, pink, and red. Some cloves have red stripes!
You’ll be able to store your harvest for 6-9 months. One of the most heat tolerate varieties, we harvested ours in Early to mid June.
